Mit dem Weitlingkietz und dem Niebellungenviertel direkt vor der Haustür kannst Du fußläufig verschiedene Supermärkte, Bars und Cafés erreichen. Durch die Nähe zur Station Lichtenberg gibt es eine gute Anbindung an die U5, S5, S7 und S75 . Ansonsten lädt der Landschaftspark Herzberge zur Spaziergängen oder Laufrunden ein und auch die Rummelsburger Bucht erreichst Du schnell mit dem Fahrrad.

The apartment is located in the up-and-coming district of Berlin Lichtenberg, district Rummelsburger Bucht and is due to a good connection only about 20 min drive from the main train station. With Weitlingkietz and Niebellungenviertel right on your doorstep, you can walk to various supermarkets, bars and cafes. Due to the proximity to the station Lichtenberg there is a good connection to the U5, S5, S7 and S75 . Otherwise, the landscape park Herzberge invites you to go for a walk or run and you can also reach the Rummelsburger Bucht quickly by bike.

Deine Mitbewohner, heißen Fabian und Paul. Sie sind berufstätig und haben ihren Lebensmittelpunkt hier in Berlin. Ihnen ist wichtig, dass sie kein Interesse an einer Zweck-WG haben. Sie sind beide viel unterwegs, sowohl im Beruf als auch im Privaten.

Wer Lust auf viele Gespräche - sowohl ernste als auch weniger ernste hat -, wird sich hier sicherlich wohlfühlen. Ihnen ist ein respekt- und vertrauensvolles Miteinander wichtig, bei dem sich jede:r ihre:seine Freiräume nehmen kann.

Your roommates, are called Fabian and Paul. They are employed and have their center of life here in Berlin. It is important to them that they are not interested in a purpose-built shared apartment. They are both on the road a lot, both at work and in private.

If you feel like having a lot of conversations - both serious and less serious - you will certainly feel comfortable here. It is important for them to live together in a respectful and trustful way, where each of them can take his or her own space. An important advantage of the very large apartment is that you can withdraw without any problems.

Die Wohnung ist – wie gesagt – sehr groß und erst vor Kurzem renoviert worden. Sie hat zwei Bäder: eines davon mit Dusche und Badewanne, das andere mit Regenwalddusche. Unsere Küche ist modern und gut ausgestattet. Das Highlight der Wohnung ist aber unser riesiges Wohnzimmer. Lichtdurchflutet mit verschiedenen Sitz- und Essgelegenheiten ist es der Lebensmittelpunkt unserer WG.

Suchst du also eine wirklich schöne Wohnung mit netten Mitbewohnern auf befristete Zeit, dann schreib mir und wir machen einen Besichtigungstermin (oder notfalls auch ein Skype-Date) aus. Wir freuen uns auf dich.

The apartment is - as I said - very large and recently renovated. It has two bathrooms: one with shower and bathtub, the other with rainforest shower. Our kitchen is modern and well equipped. But the highlight of the apartment is our huge living room. Flooded with light and with various seating and dining areas, it is the center of life of our WG.

So if you are looking for a really nice apartment with nice roommates for a limited time, then write to me and we will make a viewing appointment (or if necessary a Skype date). We are looking forward to you.
