Das WG Zimmer ist sehr hell und vollständig möbiliert. Es verfügt über eine ausklappbare Couch, einen großen PAX Kleiderschrank, einem Arbeitstisch sowie einem Regal.
Wir vermieten die gesamte Wohnung (beide Zimmer) unter. Dabei kostet das kleinere 850€ und das größere Schlafzimmer welches zum Innenhof geht 1100€. Die gesamte Wohnung würde 1950€ kosten.
Das Wohnzimmer, die Küche sowie das Badezimmer sind voll ausgestattet und stehen zur gemeinsamen Nutzung zur Verfügung.
Wir wollen beide Zimmer vom 10.07.23 - 30.09.23 untervermieten. Bei Bedarf wären nach Absprache auch der gesamte Juli möglich - wir sind flexibel.
Wir sind selbst erst vor einigen Monaten eingezogen und haben die Wohnung für uns selbst liebevoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Nun müssen wir aus privaten Gründen Berlin für einige Monate verlassen und suchen jemanden zur Untermiete, der oder dem wir unsere Wohnung in verlässliche Hände geben können.

The room is very bright and fully furnished. It has a fold-out couch, a large PAX closet, a work desk and a shelf.
We sublet the entire apartment (both rooms). The smaller bedroom would cost 850€ and the larger bedroom (last picture) which faces the courtyard 1100€. The whole apartment would cost 1950€.
The living room, kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped and available for common use.
We want to sublet both rooms from 10.07.23 - 30.09.23. If necessary, the entire month of July would also be possible after consultation - we are flexible.
We ourselves have moved in only a few months ago and have furnished the apartment for ourselves lovingly and high quality. Now we have to leave Berlin for a few months for private reasons and are looking for someone to sublet, who or which we can give our apartment in reliable hands.
Die Wohnung liegt im Prenzlauer Berg, im Herzen des wunderschönen Kollwitzkiez - und fußläufig zum Helmholtzkiez.
In Fußnähe erreicht ihr die ÖVPN sehr gut: Vor der Tür fahren zwei Tram-Linien (M2 und M10) und die S-/Ringbahn ist fußläufig 9 Minuten entfernt.
In direkter Umgebung findet ihr sehr gute Restaurants, Cafés, Schulen und Kitas, Ärzte, Bäckereien, Spätis und Parks.
Alles in allem die perfekte Lage zum Leben in der Stadt.

Jegliche möbel sowie Küchen- und Elektrogeräte wie eine Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Kaffemaschine, Geschirr, jegliche Küchenmaschinen uvm stehen zur verfügung.
Nebenkosten, sowie Strom und WLAN sind im Mietpreis enthalten.
