The room is quite small – around 10 sq m, but it has a sturdy bunk bed with a double mattress and the ceiling is very high. You will have a wardrobe, a chair and a table – although most likely different from the one in the pictures. The owner of the apartment might have some more furniture available that he can deliver himself if necessary.
The apartment is about 3 minutes away from U8 Pankstraße, the station is finally open in both directions. S/U Gesundbrunnen and S/U Wedding are both 10-15 minutes away. A huge new Rewe is 2 minutes away, lots of shops of all kinds in walking distance. Overall the location is really good and well connected.
Your roommates will be Kathi, Ahmed and Francis – all in their twenties, all working and/or studying. Since everyone is quite busy and not at home most of the time, we don't to a whole lot together except for eating and chatting in the spacious kitchen / living room. Friendly vibe and private space are both a high priority.
The rent is 600 all inclusive, the deposit is 1800 (three months warm) but it is possible to split it in three parts. Unfortunately, anmeldung is not possible (or at least not right away), move in date is July 22.
