I‘m leaving Berlin for most of september, so I‘m offering my room for rent.
First of all about surroundings:
The apartment is located in the quieter south of Berlin about 100 meters from the steglitz city park and the Teltow canal. The nearest bus stop is only a few meters away. The nearest S-Bahn station would be Südende which is about 10 minutes away. S-Bahn station Lankwitz and S- and U-Bahn station Steglitz are also not to far away.
About the apartment:
I live with three wonderful, opnenminded and very diffrent people. I would say everyone is a good cook and so the kitchen is often in usage and good equipped! We also have two bathrooms and of course a dishwasher and a washing machine
The room:
The room is about 21m^2 bug with a 1,80x2m bed, desk, reading corner, e-piano (u are welcome to use it ;) ), Tv and some more gadgets. The window from the room faces the courtyard. I have some (very low-maintenance) plants and a somewhat heavy door.
It would be important to me that the furnishings are treated respectfully, as some of the furniture and co were/are quite expensive.
I’m sure everything else we can discuss in person :)
