The large room in the cosy flat is 24 square meters It has an indoor gym bench with its equipment. It is fully furnished with sofa, bed, table, wardrobe etc. There are also a lot of plants that you will need to take care of (about 10 minutes per week to water them all).
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything to cook as well as a oven and dishwasher. The bathroom has a bathtub and washing machine.
There is a shared garden behind the house. The flat also has a basement in case you need to store things.
Wifi is included.
The flat is 4-5 minutes walking distance from Nöldnerplatz (s5, s7, s75) station. This can lead you to Ostkreuz in 1 stop.
The flat is 8-9 away from Rummelsbrurg station (s3, s9, tram, buses)
Buses 240 and 194 are 2 minutes away form the flat and go respectively to friedrichshain and kreuzberg/Neukölln
You will be 8-10 minutes away from the supermarket, which can also be reached by buses with 1 stop.
There ars some spätti and restaurants around.
You will be living with my lovely French roommate. She just moved in as well, and is currently working a part-time job. She enjoys djing (at resonable hours 💿), going out and cooking.
She is really chill and easy going, so you will have a good time.
