Schillerkiez is one of the (if not the) cutest neighborhoods in Neukölln! The apartment is on Oderstraße and thus directly bordering Tempelhofer Feld. There's also plenty of Spätis, bars, cafes around, as well as an incredibly cute farmer's market on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

A little bit about me: I moved to Berlin in October after living in the US for six years, and I'm originally from Heidelberg, Germany. I'm an outgoing person and enjoy meeting up with my friends and also hosting them at the apartment occasionally. I'm queer and would like to live with someone who identifies as queer as well. I enjoy listening to (& discussing my hot takes on) good music (no Ed Sheeran), and I play my e-piano from time to time. If you've read the text this far please include the name of your favorite tv show at the very top of your response so I know you actually care about what I've written here! I also spend a lot of my time playing video games, so someone who enjoys this as well would be cute. Also trying to make weekly drag race viewing parties a thing if you're up for that. :)

I definitely want the vibe in the flat to be social and communal more than cold and individualistic. Hanging out in the evenings, maybe hosting pregames & going out together could be fun as well as board game nights or summer evenings on Tempelhofer Feld. Hit me up and we'll see if it's a match!

Ein bisschen was über mich: Ich bin im Oktober nach Berlin gezogen, nachdem ich sechs Jahre in den USA gelebt habe, komme aber ursprünglich aus Heidelberg. Ich bin eine aufgeschlossene Person und genieße es, mich mit meinen Freund*innen zu treffen und sie auch gelegentlich in der Wohnung zu hosten. Ich bin queer und würde gerne mit anderen queeren Menschen zusammenleben. Ich höre gerne gute Musik (d.h. kein Ed Sheeran) und spiele von gerne mein E-Piano. Wenn du den Text bis hierher gelesen hast, schreibe bitte den Namen deiner Lieblingsserie ganz oben in deine Antwort, damit ich weiß, dass du dich tatsächlich dafür interessierst, was ich hier geschrieben habe! Mein Freund und ich spielen außerdem gerne Videospiele -- jemand, der sich auch dafür interessiert wäre cool. Wenn du Lust drauf hast, wären außerdem Drag Race Viewing Parties eine nice Sache. :)

Ich möchte auf jeden Fall, dass die Stimmung in der Wohnung eher sozial und gemeinschaftlich ist als kalt und individualistisch. Abends abhängen, vielleicht Pregames hosten und zusammen ausgehen stelle ich mir sehr cool vor, ebenso wie Brettspielabende oder gemeinsame Sommerabende auf dem Tempelhofer Feld. Meldet euch bei mir und wir sehen, ob es passt!

Smokers are welcome, but I ask that you exclusively use the balcony when you wanna go for a smoke and don't do it inside. Rent (warm, that is, including all utilities and wifi) will likely come out to be ~750€ a month, though gas and electricity prices may vary a bit and depend on our energy consumption. Obviously I'll be transparent about this. It'll be a three-month contract at first, and if we both enjoy living with each other we can extend the time, theoretically ~unbefristet~. Also, Anmeldung is possible of course.

In your response to this ad, please tell me a little bit about yourself -- what you do in Berlin, what you enjoy doing in your free time -- so I can get an idea of who you are. If you want to, you can also include your instagram or twitter accounts so I can get a better picture of who you are. Wenn du Raucher bist, ist das vollkommen in Ordnung. Ich würde dich aber bitten, nur auf dem Balkon und niemals drinnen zu rauchen. Die Miete beläuft sich wahrscheinlich auf 750€ pro Monat (warm, inklusive aller Nebenkosten & WLAN), allerdings hängt die Höhe der Nebenkosten von unserem Strom- und Gasverbrauch ab. Am Anfang würde ich erstmal einen auf drei Monate befristeten Vertrag aufsetzen, den wir, falls wir wollen, dann gerne verlängern können. Eine Wohnungsgeberbestätigung für eine Anmeldung kann meine Vermieterin gerne ausstellen.

In deiner Antwort auf diese Anzeige wäre es cool, wenn du mir ein bisschen über dich selbst erzählen könntest -- was bringt dich nach Berlin, was machst du in deiner Freizeit?
