This friendly, ground floor flat is characterised by its upscale interior and can be occupied now. Initial rental period is for two months, later it can be extended.
It is a fully furnished apartment. All the necessary equipments and utensil’s are available.
The apartment is particularly attractive because it not only has a balcony, but you can also enjoy the fresh air in the accompanying garden. A storage room also belongs to the property. The interior also includes a fitted kitchen. A current energy certificate is also available.
The property is located in a lively residential area in Berlin. The bus and tram lines 21, 17, 37 and N40 can be reached in a few minutes.
There are a few restaurants, supermarkets, two bakeries and a café within walking distance. Various green spaces and parks, two hairdressers, a club, a flower shop and a university can also be found locally.
You will be sharing the apartment with me. I will have my separate room and you will have yours. Kitchen, Living room, Bathroom and Balcony will be shared.
About me:
I am a 32 years old, Indo-German. I am married and work in IT. Due to work commitments, my wife lives in other state of Germany. Hence, she occasionally visits me on weekends.
I am very friendly person and prefer to be active. We may gladly watch TV or play Xbox during free time. If you are new to Germany / Berlin, I may certainly help you with settling up.
Since, it is a private apartment, I still need to re-organize your room. It will have a bed, wardrobe and a study table. My study table will be moved to the living room after the re-arrangment.
