Hey ihr Lieben :)
Ich suche einen neuen Mieter für mein Zimmer in Berlin Mitte an der Jannowitzbrücke. Die Gegend ist nicht wunderschön (Plattenbau) aber die Anbindung ist dafür unfassbar gut. U8 & U5, S Bahn, Bus und auch der Alex ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Netto & Edeka sind zu Fuß auch 5 Minuten entfernt.
Das Zimmer ist leider sehr teuer warm kommt man auf 840€ da ist dann aber alles drin. Mietvertrag kann dann natürlich eingesehen werden. Der Schrank wird drin bleiben und muss übernommen werden sonst ist das Zimmer unmöbiliert.
Die Wohnung ist komplett renoviert und besteht aus zwei Zimmern, Küche, Bad und einer Abstellkammer.
Du würdest mit Emma zusammenziehen, sie hat in LA Film studiert und ist immer viel am Set aber super offen, lustig und nett. Das WG Leben ist absolut harmonisch.
