Das Zimmer ist sehr hell und groß. Ich ziehe Anfang Dezember um und unsere WG wird zum 01.02. aufgelöst. Damit wir noch genug Zeit haben die Wohnung leer zu räumen, vermiete ich das Zimmer nur bis zum 15.01.24. Leider kann die Wohnung nicht übernommen werden.
Ich vermiete das Zimmer möbliert. Also es gibt eine Kleiderstange, ein Regal, ein kleines Sofa und ein bequemes Schlafsofa. Bei Bedarf kann ich auch meinen Schreibtisch da lassen.
The room is very bright and large. I am moving at the beginning of December and our shared flat will be dissolved on 01.02. So that we still have enough time to empty the apartment, I am only renting the room until 15.01.24. Unfortunately, the apartment cannot be taken over.
I am renting the room furnished. So there is a clothes rail, a shelf, a small sofa and a comfortable sofa bed. If required, I can also leave my desk there.
Die WG liegt gleich am Leopoldplatz, wodurch man direkt an der U9, U6 und auch in 10 min Fußweg am S Wedding (Ringbahn) ist.
Auch bezüglich der Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist einiges fußläufig erreichbar. In maximal 10 Minuten bist du bei Rewe, Penny, Denns, Biocompany, DM, Rossmann usw., alles was das Herz begehrt. Für den kleinen Hunger zwischendurch oder falls du mal zu faul bist zu kochen, findest du eine große Auswahl an Imbissbuden und Cafés (ein Falaffelladen direkt im Erdgeschoss).
Kneipentechnisch zeigt sich der Sprengelkiez gleich um die Ecke von seiner besten Seite, unter anderem mit dem legendären Eschenbräu mit hauseigener Brauerei und schönem Biergarten.
Falls du gerne im grünen bist liegen in der Umgebung die Rehberge, der Plötzensee, das Pankeufer und auch das Tempelhofer Feld ist mit der U6 gut zu erreichen.
The flat share is located right on Leopoldplatz, which means you are directly on the U9, U6 and also a 10-minute walk from S Wedding (Ringbahn).
Shopping facilities are also within walking distance. In a maximum of 10 minutes you are at Rewe, Penny, Denns, Biocompany, DM, Rossmann etc., everything your heart desires. There is a large selection of snack bars and cafés (a falafel store right on the first floor) for a quick bite to eat or if you are too lazy to cook.
In terms of pubs, the Sprengelkiez is just around the corner, with the legendary Eschenbräu with its own brewery and beautiful beer garden.
If you like being in the countryside, the Rehberge, Plötzensee and Pankeufer are nearby and Tempelhofer Feld is also easy to reach on the U6 underground line.
In der Wohnung wohnt zur Zeit Johanna, sie studiert soziale Arbeit und ist ebenfalls noch relativ neu in der Wohnung. Johanna backt gerne und versorgt die Wg mit Kuchen und Plätzchen. Am 18.11. wird David einziehen in das andere Zimmer einziehen. David ist in der Ausbildung zum Lehrer und engagiert sich nebenbei viel in der Musikwelt.

Johanna currently lives in the apartment, she is studying social work and is also relatively new to the apartment. Johanna likes to bake and provides the flatmates with cakes and cookies. On November 18, David will move into the other room. David is training to be a teacher and is also very active in the world of music.
