Die WG befindet sich 1 Minute vom Bayerischen Platz entfernt. Die U-Bahn Station der U7 und U4 ist quasi direkt vor der Haustür. Das Bayerische Viertel gehört zu Schöneberg und liegt sehr zentral. 5 Minuten entfernt ist der Volkspark Wilmersdorf in dem man im Sommer gut joggen oder spazieren kann. Supermärkte und Drogeriemärkte sind 5-10 Minuten entfernt.
Bäckereien, Buchläden und weiteres befindet sich ebenfalls direkt auf der Straße.

The shared flat is located 1 minute from Bayerischer Platz. The U7 and U4 subway station is practically on the doorstep. 5 minutes away is the Volkspark Wilmersdorf, where you can go jogging or for a walk in summer. The Bayerisches Viertel is part of Schöneberg and is very centrally located. Supermarkets and drugstores are 5-10 minutes away.
Bakeries, bookshops and other shops are also right on the street.

Wir sind eine entspannte 3er WG. Da ich in eine eigene Wohnung ziehe, suche ich eine neue Mitbewohnerin oder einen neuen Mitbewohner für Nora (25) und Dijana (27). :)
Beide arbeiten bereits und quatschen gerne mal bei einem Kaffee in der Küche oder beim gemeinsamen Abendbrot. Da beide noch nicht so lange in der WG wohnen, habt ihr die Möglichkeit das WG Leben gemeinsam neu zu gestalten. Allgemein gilt alles kann, nichts muss. Feststeht jedoch, es ist keine Zweck WG!

Sauberkeit und Ordnung ist uns wichtig, und wir achten darauf Küche und Bad nach Benutzung sauber zu hinterlassen. Dadurch das aber von der Hausverwaltung aus eine Putzfrau alle 2 Wochen kommt und gründlich sauber macht, stehen keine größeren wöchentlichen “Putzaufgaben” für uns an. Die regelmäßige Reinigung der Wohnung ist auch im Mietpreis mit drin.

We are a relaxed 3-person flat share. As I am moving into my own apartment, I am looking for a new roommate for Nora (25) and Dijana (27). :)
Both are already working and enjoy chatting over a coffee in the kitchen or having dinner together. As both have not been living in the shared flat for so long, you have the opportunity to reorganize the flat life together. In general, everything can, nothing has to. However, one thing is certain: it is not a purpose-built shared flat!

Cleanliness and tidiness are important to us, and we make sure to leave the kitchen and bathroom clean after use. However, because a cleaning lady from the property management comes every two weeks and cleans thoroughly, there are no major weekly "cleaning tasks" for us. The regular cleaning of the apartment is also included in the rent.

Das Zimmer wird zum 01.12. über die Hausverwaltung Covivio vermietet. Für die Anmietung wird ein Einkommensnachweis, Bürgschaft o. ä. benötigt. Der Mietvertrag ist unbefristet mit einer Mietzeit von min. 4 Monaten. In dem Mietpreis sind wie oben bereits erwähnt die Reinigung der Gemeinschaftbereiche durch eine Reinigungskraft im Turnus von 14 Tagen enthalten sowie auch die Internetkosten, GEZ Gebühren, Strom, Wasser etc. Neben der monatlichen Miete fallen keine regelmäßigen Extrakosten an.

The room will be rented out starting 01.12. via the Covivio property management company. Proof of income, a guarantee or similar is required for the rental. The rental contract is open-ended with a minimum rental period of 4 months. Registration is possible. As mentioned above, the rent includes the cleaning of the communal areas by a cleaner every 14 days as well as internet costs, GEZ fees, electricity, water, etc. Apart from the monthly rent, there are no regular extra costs.
