Hi ich bin Phil, und vermiete ein Zimmer meiner 2-Zimmer Arbeits-Wohnung.
Ich suche berufstätige/studierende Menschen die zum Arbeiten in Berlin sind und größtenteils tagsüber in der Wocheauf der Arbeit/in der Uni sind, da ich zu diesen Zeiten in der Wohnung in einem anderen Zimmer arbeite (Musikproduktion) .
( Mo bis freitag ca 10 bis 16h)
Ich wohne selbst nicht in der Wohnung, nutze sie nur als Arbeitsraum.
Sonderpreis möglich für PendlerInnen die nur paar Tage pro Woche in Berlin sind.
.. anstonsten ist es eine schöne, helle Altbau- Wohnung mitten im Wrangelkiez mit vielen Cafés, Bars, Clubs, Späties, Restaurants und Supermärkten.
Trotzdem ruhig da verkehrsberuhigte Zone.
Party ist nicht möglich, da im Stockwerk unter der Wohnung eine Familie wohnt.
Auch wochenweise möglich, 1 Woche 250€ , 2 Wochen 450€…

...Otherwise it is a nice, bright old building apartment in the middle of the Wrangelkiez with many cafés, bars, clubs, late-night bars, restaurants and supermarkets.
Nevertheless quiet as it is a traffic-calmed zone.
Partying is not possible as a family lives on the floor below the apartment.
Also possible by the week, 1 week 250€, 2 weeks 450€...
