Das Zimmer ist ca. 8 Quadratmeter groß und rechteckig geschnitten und unmöbliert. Man kann z.B. ein platzsparendes Hochbett reinstellen. Es gibt einen Anschluss für TV & DSL Modem im Raum. Das Bad ist mit Dusche, wir haben einen guten Flur & Fahrstuhl.
The room is around 8 square meters in size, rectangular in shape and unfurnished. Maybe I'll add a space-saving loft bed, but I don't know that yet. There is a connection for TV & DSL modem in the room. The bathroom has a shower, we have a good hallway & elevator.
Die Lage ist sehr gut. Nahe U Bahnhof Gneisenaustraße und Mehringdamm. Auch Prinzenstraße und Hallesches Tor sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Es gibt viele Restaurants & alles was man braucht. Ausserdem gibt es Netto & Edeka im Bergmannviertel um die Ecke so 10 Minuten zu Fuß.
The location is very good. Near U station Gneisenaustraße and Mehringdamm. Prinzenstrasse and Hallesches Tor are also within walking distance. There are many restaurants & everything you need. There is also Netto & Edeka in the Bergmannviertel around the corner, a 10-minute walk away.
Ich bin Nico, 34 Jahre alt & geboren und aufgewachsen in Berlin. Ich habe eine Kochausbildung, habe BWL 4 Semester studiert & abgebrochen. Bio hab ich auch mal studiert für 2 Semester. Aber eigentlich mach ich lieber Musik (Rap/Deutschrap). Feier Techno, besonders Texh-House aber auch, sowie 80s, Funk und manche Alternative/Indie Sachen. Ich mag Kochen, gutes Essen, Sport & Bewegung und geh abends auch mal weg. Ich kann fließendes Englisch, weil ich schon sehr lange mir Songlyrics übersetzt habe seit ich ein Kind war.
