Hey there :)
One of our flatmates is leaving the flat and we are looking for a new nice person to join our cosy place! YOU CAN MOVE IN ALSO WITHIN the 15th :)
You might think that Lichtenberg is a bit far but we live 3 minutes walking from the S + U Lichtenberg (U5, S5, S7 and S75 so in 5 minutes you are in Ostkreuz and Warschauer Strasse and 240 Bus so in 15 mins you are in Boxi). The area is realky safe and we have Penny, Aldi, Lidl and Rewe super closeby together with a nice Spätti and cosy cafes and bars!
About the flat and the room:
The room is around 15 m2 and it is really calm and cosy. We share bathroom and kitchen and they are pretty big and furnished (we might need something little new, we can have a first Ikea cheap trip all together tho) :)
About us:
Giulia (25): Heyo, I am from Italy and I have been living in the flat for almost a year. I work and during the day I am at the office and after I like going home to have a chill time (both with my flatmates if we meet and also resting by myself). Always down for a chill time together, having a dinner and grabbing a beer!
Josh (27): Heya, I am from New Zealand and have been living in Berlin for almost a year! I work during the evening but you can find me from time to time. I enjoy socialising with the flat and having a beer or two on the weekends!
We would mainly looking for a girl, but we would me more than happy to meet everyone as well!
