Der Altbau ist in gutem Zustand und schön hell (inkl. Dielenfußboden und hohen Decken). Du musst also so nur noch einziehen.
Der Mietpreis beläuft sich auf 670€ monatlich (inklusive Strom, Gas, Internet). Unweit vom Haus fährt die Straßenbahn M13, die U5 (U-Samariterstraße) und die Ringbahn (S-Frankfurter Allee), die Verkehrsanbindung ist also gut.

So all you have to do is move in.

Die Wohnung liegt im Kiez zwischen Samariterstraße und Frankfurter Allee. Hier gibt es Kneipen, Cafes, Kultur und Leben an und zwischen allen Ecken. Es sind nur ein paar Minuten Fußweg bis zur U-Bahn Station Samariterstraße (U 5). Auch zur Ring-Bahn mit den Stationen Frankfurter Allee oder Ostkreuz kann man gut laufen. Und mit dem Fahrrad bis du in weniger als 15 Minuten am Alexanderplatz und noch schneller an der Spree.

The apartment is in the neighborhood between Samariterstrasse and Frankfurter Allee. There are pubs, cafes, culture and life on every corner. It is only a few minutes walk to the subway station Samariterstraße (U 5). You can also walk to the Ring-Bahn with the stations Frankfurter Allee or Ostkreuz. And by bike you can be there in less than 15 minutes at Alexanderplatz and even faster at the Spree.
Ich (Musiker, 50 Jahre alt) lebe in der Wohnung, gelegentlich ist meine Freundin (43) ebenfalls da.
Wesentlich ist dass du die Wohnung einigermaßen mit sauber hältst, nicht rauchst und keine Tiere mitbringst. Wichtig finde ich ebenfalls, dass du einer täglichen Beschäftigung nachgehst & nicht (nur) im Home Office arbeitest. Pendler*innen sind sehr willkommen.

It is essential that you keep the apartment reasonably clean, do not smoke and do not bring any animals with you. I also think it is important that you have a daily job & not (only) work in the home office. Commuters are very welcome.
