Wir vermieten ein zimmer in einer tollen 4er WG in Friedrichshain im Simon Dach Kiez befristet vom 1. März bis 1. Mai
Das Zimmer ist ein typisches Altbaucharme Zimmer, es ist hell, mit schönen alten Fischgräten Dielen. Es ist zur Straßenseite gelegen, aber durch modernen Fenster nicht sonderlich laut.
Der Mittelpunkt unserer Wohnung ist eine wirklich große, gemütliches Wohnküche. Wir haben den Luxus von 2 Badezimmern - was bei 4 Leuten auch wirklich manchmal nötig ist. Einem größeren mit Badewanne und einem kleinen mit Dusche.

We are subletting a room in a great 4-person shared apartment in Friedrichshain in the Simon Dach Kiez temporary from 1. March till 1.May
My room is a typical Altbaucharme room, it is bright, with beautiful old wooden floor. It is located on the street side, but due to modern windows not very noisy.
The center of our apartment is a really large, cozy livingroom + kitchen. We have the luxury of 2 bathrooms - which is really necessary sometimes with 4 people. A larger one with a bathtub and a small one with a shower.
Lage
Einen Katzensprung entfernt von allen coolen Bars und Cafes am Boxhagener Platz mit Märkten am Wochenende und in der Nähe von 4 Supermärkten, vielen Restaurants und Shops, direkt vor der Tür die Simon Dachstrasse mit allem, was man braucht. Einschließlich nerviger Touristen, aber man gewöhnt sich daran und es ist auch schön dort zu leben wo alles passiert. Die Wohnung selbst ist entspannt und ruhig, kein großer Lärm von Nachbarn oder der Straße (mit geschlossenen Fenstern).

Only a heartbeat away from the coolest bars and cafes in the Boxhagener platz area, with markets on the weekend. We're close to 4 supermarkets, a lot of restaurants and shops of any kind, Simon-Dach Strasse is right under you with everything you need. Including tourists but you get used to them, and its also nice to live right here where everything is happening. The flat itself is relaxed and quite, no noise coming from neighbors nor the street (with the windows closed.)
Wir sind eine ziemlich entspannte und unkomplizierte WG in der jeder seine Freiräume und Ruhe bekommt wie er sie braucht und so soll es auch bleiben. Wir treffen oft im Wohnzimmer aufeinander um geplant oder ungeplant den Abend zu verbringen. Sonst hat aber jeder seinen eigenen Tagesablauf und ist auch mal mehr und mal weniger hier anzutreffen.

We are a pretty relaxed and uncomplicated flat share in which everyone gets his space and rest as he needs it and so it should remain. We often meet in the living room to spend the evening planned or unplanned. Otherwise everyone has his own daily routine and is sometimes more and sometimes less to be found here.
