Hey everyone,
I am leaving Berlin for a month therefore I sublet my room over this periode.
(the extension of the periode not possible because I ll be back in may)
The room itself is not very big but there is everything that you need: a bed, a hanging wardrobe, a dresser and a desk.
In the apartment there is of course a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. We have a big cosy living room.
We also have a wasching machine and a dryer.
The rent cost 400€ and every charges are included.
(Wifi inclus)
The location is just perfect! Just next to the Fernsehturm, right in the middle of Berlin, in a cute area, named Nikolaiviertel.
We are 4 minutes away from U5 station (Rotes Rathaus), 6 minutes away from U2 station (Klosterstraße). And you can reach Alexanderplatz in 10 minutes by walking.
There are supermarket in less than 10 minutes away from us by foot.
You will live with my lovely roomate Laura (28 year old) and her daughter (5 year old).
Laura studies litterature and does sometime comedy. She speaks german and english. You ll see, she is really easy to live with.
By us there is no cleaning timetable but we just clean when needed and keep the commun area tidy as much as possible.
Respect to each other is of course very important ;)
