The room is inside ring bahn, near U bahn Schönleinstraße, near Planufer, Admiralbrücke, Maybachufer and reuterkieze, between Kotterbusser Tor and Hermannplatz ( between Kreuzberg and Neukölln). This wonderful Location provides a wonderfull neighbourhood with international culture, vibe and food; various nice cafes, restaurants and second hand shops as well as the convenient transportation.
The flat is 65m^2, on German first floor with high ceilings. Two bedrooms, one livingroom with separate bathroom and kitchen. I’m offering two options:
1. The big cute room is 27^m with own balcony facing the yard, 800€ all included . The flat is furnished with fridge, oven, washing machine and other basic furnitures, but the big room is not furnished! You might need to bring your own furniture ( the furnitures in photo will probably be moved out). Anmeldung is possible.
2. The small room is 10^m with a single bed, but you will also have the 20^m living room as your personal space, 600€ all included. Anmeldung is also possible.
This is a new flatshare, it’s long term with 2-3 months trial period, latest move in date on 1st of May. I’m 23 years old master student, wish my roommate is a clean and quite people, international and LGBTQ people are welcomed. :)
You’re welcomed to write a description about yourself and your expectations. Visiting will be held from 24th of April. Sorry that I can’t reply all but wish everyone best luck.
