Bei uns in der WG wird zu Anfang Juni ein Zimmer frei. Das Zimmer ist unbefristet, bzw. haben wir einen Mietvertrag bis Ende 2025, da danach das Haus renoviert werden soll.
Die Wohnung besteht aus drei Zimmern, einem Bad und einer relativ großen Küche in der Abends gerne gekocht und auch mal gequatscht wird :)

The room is unlimited but the whole house should be renovated in 2026. There are three roms in the flat, a bathroom and a kitchen in which we like to cook and chat :)
Die Wohnung befindet sich im lebendigen Samariterkiez, in einer ruhigen Straße. Fußläufig ist die U Samariterstraße sowie die Ringbahn erreichbar. Es gibt mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeit in unmittlebarer Umgebung.

The flat is in the Samariterkiez, a lively but quiet neighborhood. There are severall train stations and shops nearby.
Du würdest mit Izzy und Alice zusammenleben, beide sprechen Englisch und arbeiten vollzeit. Die WG ist für uns ein Rückzugsort, an dem man sich rundum wohl fühlen kann. Wir legen Wert auf Sauberkeit, offene Kommunikation und Rücksicht. Gerne verbringen wir auch mal einen Abend gemeinsam in der Küche, kochen oder trinken Wein, es ist aber auch total in Ordnung sich nach einem anstrengenden Tag zurück zu ziehen.
Im besten Fall bist du auch berufstätig. Am Wochenede sind alle viel unterwegs, unter der Woche ist es durch die Arbeit eher ruhig.

Your new roomates would be Izzy and Alice, both do speek english and have a full time job. For us the flat is a calm space to feel at home in. We do care about cleanliness, open communication and consideration. We like to spend evenings together, to cook or drink wine in the kitchen but it its always okay to withdraw after a long day and to spend time alone in the room.
Best case would be for you to have a fulltime job as well. We do go out on the weekends but during the week it is more quiet.
Es müsste eine Kaution und für die Küche (Herd,Backofen,Kühlschrank,Waschmaschine) ein Abschlag gezahlt werden.
Leider ist eine Anmeldung nicht möglich.
