I rent a room in my beautiful two-room apartment.

The cozy room is friendly furnished has private bathroom and private kitchen, almost one-room apartment but the kitchen service as a hallway for the second room (see photos).

Location:
The apartment is super located, bus and train, as well as shopping facilities (Lidl, Rewe, DM, Rossman, etc.) are within walking distance. Hippe bars, secondary shops and restaurants are also within walking distance. Besides, the canal, parks and Tempelhoffield is not far away. There are also sports facilities (Fitnessstudio, Yoga, swimming pool almost around the corner).

Ich vermiete ein Zimmer in meiner wunderschönen Zwei-Zimmer-Wohnung.

Das gemütliche Zimmer ist freundlich eingerichtet hat eigenes Bad und eigene Küche, fast Einzimmerwohnung aber die küche dienst als einen Flur für das Zweite Zimmer (s. Fotos).

Lage:
Die Wohnung ist super gelegen, Bus und Bahn, sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lidl, Rewe, DM, Rossman, etc.) sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Hippe Bars, Secondhandläden und Restaurants sind auch fußläufig zu erreichen. Außerdem ist der Kanal, Parks und Tempelhoffield nicht weit entfernt. Sportmöglichkeiten gibt es auch (Fitnessstudio, Yoga, Schwimmbad fast um die Ecke).
Kurzum mittendrin und doch sehr leise.
Die Wohnung liegt im Hinter Hof direkt gegenüber vom Rathausneukölln, die U7 Bahn ist fussläufig ca 2 Min. zu erreichen.
Flughafen Berlin Brandenburg ist mitm Auto ca 25 Min. zu erreichen,
Berlin Hauptbahnhof ist mitm Bus ca 26 Min. zu erreichen.

WG-Leben:
Ich, 36 Jahre alt, wünsche mir ein unkompliziertes, respektvolles und ruhiges Miteinander mit eine Mitbewohner/in. Ich bin eher introvertiert, aber sehr offen und neugierig!
