Hello! We are searching a flatmate for a big 28 m^2 room with balcony access in Möckernkiez (Kreuzberg).
Patrick is renting out his room for 6 months. This is a furnished room in a four room apartment with two bathrooms, a small store room and a kitchen.
The kitchen is big enough to sit together with friends and flatmates and offers all necessary equipment (including a dishwasher).
Very well located in Möckernkiez / Kreuzberg close to U Möckernbrücke and not far away from Gleisdreieck Park and Viktoriapark. There is some very good ice cream downstairs and nice cafes not far away.
For groceries, there is Edeka, Rewe and LPG (Biomarkt) close by and many more a bit further away.
Usually, we are living a rather relaxed and harmonious life here. There has been a quite a few cooking and games nights in the past and friends coming over but not so much house parties.

We are looking for someone that is ready to engage in WG activities like cooking or just chatting in the kitchen or playing some games once in a while. Additionally you should have a good sense of "ownership" when it comes to keeping the apartment in a good shape. Which means, we expect you to actively participate in keeping the flat clean even without a formal "Putzplan".
Feel free to make suggestions on what we can do to make the apartment more beautiful! :)
