Schönes Zimmer in großer Wohnung, 3er WG steht für 1,5 Monate zur Verfügung, evtl. auch noch 1-2 Wochen länger (also bis Mitte September) -- insgesamt ist dies aber kein langfristiges Angebot!!
Ideal um vor Ort die langfristige WG/Zimmersuche zu starten, falls man zum Oktober anfängt in Berlin zu studieren. Oder natürlich auch einfach für den Sommerbesuch. Vollmöbliert, sowohl Zimmer als auch Rest der Wohnung.
Der Preis ist pro Monat, also Miete, NK, Internet, Möblierung etc. Ihr braucht bei uns auch kein Bettzeug/Handtücher oä -- das könnt ihr alles von uns mitbenutzen. Ausserdem inkl. Reinigung (wir haben eine Putzfrau die ab und an hilft).
Nicht für Partyvolk oder Nachteulen, keine Paare -- es wird ausschließlich eine nichtrauchende, weibliche Einzelperson gesucht!
Die Möbel sind minimal anders hingestellt als auf den Fotos dargestellt, dies nur zur Info.

Planning to study in Berlin for winteremester? nice room in flatshare on offer, as a "start point" from mid july and month of august (maybe 1-2 weeks longer than advertised, we can discuss till mid september...). While we are somehwat flexible, this is NOT a longterm offer though. Pls dont inquire if you need something for half a year...
All is fully furnished and equipped. Price is all inclusive monthly rate for rent, side cost, internet, etc -- also for usage of all items, you don´t need to bring bed sheets/pillows/towels or such stuff: you can use ours... We also have a cleaner that comes by once in a while, that fee is also included already...
NOTE, pls dont overread: Not for party ppl or night owls, no couples, no pets -- only female single non-smokers please!
Wrangelkiez: Wohnung liegt in der Nähe U-Bahnhof Schlesisches Tor
Drumherum ist alles was man braucht: Supermärkte, Gemüsehändler, nette Cafes und Kneipen...
Nicht umbedigt eine beschauliche Gegend (eher ziemlich lively), aber dafür sehr zentral und wenn man keine absoolute Ruhe benötigt 24/7 dann sollte man hier schon gut zurecht kommen!
The flat is very centrally located, nearby U-Bahn station Schlesisches Tor. So everything is in easy reach, in the streets nearby you´ll find all you could possibly be looking for - whether that´s supermarkets and groceries or cafes, bars, clubs
Its not exactly a quiet area, but super central and easily accessible. Unless you need a quiet surrounding 24/7, you should normally have all at your feet in the area...
Mit 2 Mitbewohner:innen, allerdings: viel WG Aktivitäten sollte man eher nicht erwarten.
Milan (24) schreibt an seiner Bachelor Arbeit, ist aber somit viel anwesend im August, Nina (26, die ihren eigenen Bereich hat), sieht man vielleicht nur 2-3x mal in der ganzen Zeit -- man wird für die paar Wochen wohl klarkommen! Ab und zu eine Kaffee zusammen trinken, oder was kochen: gerne! Ist aber auch kein muss...
Gekocht wird (wenn) vegetarisch (genauer: pescetarisch), ist aber kein Zwang für Euch.
You´ll have 2 flatmates, BUT for the 1,5 month timespan, you might not even encounter them all too much, they have their own schedules. Milan (24) is writing his Bachelor Thesis, he´ll be home a lot in august, while Nina (26, she has a semi-detached area in flat) you might only encounter 2-3x! I am sure everyone will get on for a handful of weeks, we are all grown ups, right...;) Cooking is veggie style (pescetarian actually) , but no worries, we arent forcing that upon you if you are an omnivore.
