Hi,
Are you looking for a quiet and nice place to stay for a couple of days? I occasionally let out my cosy living room for queers and women above thirty (14 days max). The room has 21 square meters and is equipped with a couch, designer chair, dining table and TV. During your stay, it would all be yours.
The price for the weekend only (Friday 3.00 pm to Monday 11.00 am) is a total of 150 euros in cash, including bedding, bed linen and towels. Unfortunately, registration is not possible.
The view of the room looks at beautiful Richardstraße, during summer weekend nights it can be a little bit noisy, which may bother easy sleepers, yet earplugs can help unless you want to join the weekend parties in the city.
If you are interested and okay with sleeping on a cosy and new 90 cm mattress, you are more than welcome to write to me.
I'm a social scientist working in academia and accordingly mostly from home. Although I need a lot of rest at home, I am a super open, interested and sociable person who loves to cook. From time to time, my partner visits me.
I live 1-2 minutes by foot away from U7 station Karl-Marx-Straße, it takes you 15 minutes to Alexanderplatz and even 2 minutes to city train station Neukölln (Ringbahn). The Passagen Kino, the Neuköllner Oper and the Heimathafen are very near by the apartment. The walk to Tempelhofer Feld takes 15 minutes. All kinds of shopping opportunities, post office and a bank are also close by.
