Hello Berlin visitors,
this is an ad for a whole 2-room flat, not only a room (no flatmates - the flat is all yours).
I'll be out of town and I'm subletting my lovely 2-room apartment in Prenzlauer Berg. It's located in a quiet residential area, close to M Erich-Weinert-Str. and Sbhf Prenzlauer Allee, from where you can reach Alexanderplatz in 10 min.
The flat has 2 big and bright rooms and a nice, fully equipped kitchen. From the kitchen and the living room you get to a big balcony (17sqm).
There is everything you need (a washing machine, a coffee machine, a microwave, a corner bathtub, a huge TV and high-speed and reliable internet (great for home office) etc.). The building is very quiet with nice neighbours, so no partying and no smoking in the flat, but you can smoke on the balcony.
Supermarkets Rewe, Lidl, Aldi, Rossman, dm etc. are just around the corner - Kollwitzkietz, Schönhauser Alle or Eberswalder Str. are ca 10min away by bike, Mauerpark ca 12min.
The flat has a great location for reaching all the sights of this wonderful city.
It's perfect for one or two quiet people (couple or friends, max. 2 people).

The flat is located close to the Tram stop Erich-Weinert-Straße, where the M2 takes you directly to Alexanderplatz (10 min). The Sbhf Prenzlauer Allee is a 5min walk away, from where you can catch the Ringbahn (S41/S42), that will take you to all major SBhf/Ubhf stations.
