For everyone who wrote me already. Somehow the App was not working well, so please just write again.
Es handelt sich um ein 16 qm großes Zimmer, welches teilmöbeliert vermietet wird. Das heißt es gibt ein Bett, ein Regal und eine Kommode. Wände und Boden sind weiß gestrichen sodass das Zimmer schön hell ist. Es gibt eine große Küche mit guter Ausstattung und ein sauberes Bad mit Badewanne und Dusche in einem.
Das Zimmer liegt in der Kaiserin- Augusta - Straße in Tempelhof. Der U-bahnhof Kaiserin- Augusta- Straße ist in ca. 6 min zu fuß zu erreichen. Von dort aus sind es nur 15 min bis zur Bergmannstraße in Kreuzberg. Mehrere Supermärkte (Edeka, Rewe, Lidl, Aldi) sind in Laufnähe. Außerdem gibt es ein paar Cafés. Das Tempelhofer Feld ist 10 min entfernt.
Momentan Studiere Ich an der HWR in Berlin und bin deshalb oft zuhause. Der/Die neue Mitbewohner/in sollte sauber sein und keinen extremen Lärm machen. Ansonsten wars das auch schon.
Die Miete beinhaltet alle Nebenkosten: Das heißt für Strom, Gaß, Wasser, Internet und alles andere was sonst noch anfällt. Außerdem gibt es eine Waschmaschine.
Falls Interesse besteht einfach über die App schreiben. Toll wäre es wenn darin bereits ein paar Infos über euch stehen würden und auch wie Lange ihr das Zimmer braucht.
