Hey :) Ein helles Zimmer, voll möbliert mit großen Schreibtisch, eigenem Balkon, 5.1 soundsystem, TV, die Wohnung hat ingesamt 65Quadratmeter, wobei das andere Zimmer 16quadratmeter hat, heißt dir stehen ganze 49Quadratmeter zur vollen Verfügung bereit. Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler sind auch da.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Tabberstr, die Spree fließt 100meter entfernt, der (Nacht)Bus Richtung Treptower Park/Schlesiches Tor/weiter einwärts ist ca 5-8minuten entfernt, der 365er zum Bhf Baumschulenweg ist 4 Minuten entfernt, je nachdem wie schnell man läuft. S Schöneweide ist 15 min zu Fuß oder 5 min mit Fahrrad. Tram Richtung S Schöneweide oder Tierpark ist auch ca 7 minuten entfernt.
Auf ein friedliches wg leben. Das ist mein persönliches Zimmer, bitte behandle es so gut als wäre es dein eigenes, bin gerade noch am Reisen. Dein Mitbewohnerin heißt Yuka, sehr nett, entspannt und sauber.
Ich vermiete mein Zimmer unter, da ich mal in den Urlaub möchte. Vielleicht bleibe ich auch länger weg als bis Ende Juni, dann wäre daa Zimmer noch länger frei. Bitte schreibt doch mal einen kleinen Text über euch und dein Lieblingsessen(wichtig) ;-))
Ich habe ein paar Pflanzen am Fensterbrett auf dem Schreibtisch (Maracuja,Kaffee,Zitronenbaum, Banane) und Balkon welche ich dich wirklich wirklich bitten würde regelmäßig zu gießen.
