Wir sind ein Paar und vermiete ein Zimmer in unserer Wohnung direkt am Volkspark Friedrichshain.
Das Zimmer (15qm) zum Hof, 1,40m-Bett plus 2,20x2m-Bettzeug, Kleiderschrank und Schreibtisch sonst gibt es ein Wohnzimmer (30qm) mit Fischgrätenparkett, Esstisch, Sofa und Kommode. Und unser Zimmer mit Balkon den ihr mitbenutzen könnt. Das Badezimmer ist mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine ausgestattet und die Küche mit Frühstückstisch, Spülmaschine, Gasherd, Kühl-Gefrierschrank und allem Kochgeschirr; außerdem gibt es einen Flur mit vielen Büchern.
Der Preis ist inclusive Nebenkosten, Heizung, Strom, Gas, Wasser, Telefon/Internet. Erst mal 3 Monate, eventuell länger. Anmeldung ist möglich.

We are a couple and rent a room in our flat next to the Volkspark Friedrichshain. The room (15 sq m) is to the backyard and furnished with a bed (1,40m) plus bedding (2,20mx2,0m), a wardrobe and a table and chair.
There is as a living room (30 sq m) with herring bone flooring, a dining table, a sofa and a chest of drawers. Also our room with balcony you can use. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a washing machine. The kitchen holds a breakfast table, a dishwasher, a gas stove, a fridge-freezer and cookware of all kinds. Furthermore, you'll find a corridor with many books.
The price is including utilities, heating, power, gas, water, phone and internet. 3 month, maybe longer. Anmeldung is possible.
Die Lage ist ruhig, im Bötzow-Viertel und mit ÖPNV (M4, M10, Bus 200 und 142) erreichbar, parken nur mit Bewohnerparkausweis (kann man problemlos beantragen).
2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt liegt der Park, Samstags ist Markt. Kino, Supermärkte, viele Cafes und Restaurants sind direkt um die Ecke, so dass man schnell dort ist, aber keinen Lärm vor der Tür hat.

The location is quiet within the territory of the Bötzow neighborhood and easy-to-reach by public transport (M4, M10, Bus 200 and 142). For parking, you need a resident's parking permit (easy to request).
Within 2 minutes, you reach the park and on Saturdays you can join the weekly market which is situated quite near. Right around the corner, you'll find a cinema, several supermarkets, many cafés and restaurants, so you're able to be there very quick without being molested by noise in front of the flat.
Du kannst alles in der Wohnung benutzen, solange es nicht zu Bruch geht.
