Das Haus befindet sich am grünen Rand von Berlin mit direktem S-Bahn Anschluss. Man ist zu Fuß in 8 min am Bahnhof Zepernick, mit Fahrrad in 2 min. Vom Bahnhof aus ist man in 20 min Gesundbrunnen (Ring-Bahn). Von da aus kommt man zentral und schnell überall hin. Die Gegend ist sehr grün. 2 min vom Haus befindet sich ein kleiner Wald der ideal zum joggen ist. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (auch Bio-Läden), Apotheken, Restaurants, Cafes, Ärzte etc. befindet sich alles fußläufig.
Our house is located at the border of Berlin in a quite, green and safe suburb. The subway stop is only 8 minutes walk from the house and 3 minutes by bicycle. From here you get very quick to the center of Berlin.
Zepernick has all you need....supermarkets, subway, restaurants, Cafés, doctors, pharmacy shops etc...From the subway station (Zepernick) you only need 20 minutes to the main circle train which goes around the center of Berlin. Even Zepernick is located at the border of Berlin you often need less time to get to University etc. than going from one Berlin district to another.
You can write me your university (or workplace etc.) and I can tell you how long you will need to get here.
Ich wohne hier mit meiner Tochter (5 Jahre). Es wäre also toll wenn du gut mit Kindern auskommst. Ich suche jedoch keinen Babysitter. :) Tagsüber bin ich arbeiten und meine Tochter in der Kita.
