I would like to rent my small room (ca.8 m2) in a 2.5 room apartment to rent temporarily (15.05.2025-31.07.2025).

The room is furnished as you can see.

I live in the other room. Personally, being calm, clean, doing my staff most of the time at my room, cooking and gathering with friends to watch a movie, gapping or play games. I like to communicate with my roommate sometimes but also respect your privacy and your own time.

In front of building is the Bus station (Steglitzer Damm/Halskestr.).
Also you can reach to süd-ende S-bahn about 6 minutes by walk.
The Liddle/Penny/Edeka is about 5-10 minutes by walk.
There is a spätkauf close to buidling.

I am looking for a tenant who is clean, respectful, communicative, and fun. We can sometimes see movies or cook together or invite our friends.

It is not a party apartment.
