The apartment is spacious and gets a lot of sun light. Flat is non-smoking, but you can smoke on the balcony.

The apartment is located in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg, on the corner of Danziger Str. and Prenzlauer Allée. It is 2min walking from the cozy area around Kollwitzplatz with lots of cafés, bars, restaurants and a food market during weekends.

We are Molly & Jon. We have a friendly WG and you can often find us after a working day hanging and having a drink in the flat.... with Molly cooking and Jon failing to do the same.
We like spending time together but we also respect our own space.
This is a social flat so we like having friends over but it is not the after party destination, we would like to live with someone who can be a part of our home.
We are looking for someone aged 25-37 easy going, friendly and clean (we have a cleaner who comes twice a month- included in rent price) No couples & no students please.
Rent price is 750 Euros: includes all bills (internet, heating, gas, water, TV license, cleaner x2 a month, communal products such as cleaning products and cooking essentials).
