Vermiete ein Zimmer meiner Wohnung für

Ich bin ein aufgeschlossener Mensch mit viel Empathie. Ziehe mich ehrlich gesagt aber auch oft zurück um Kraft zu tanken vom busy Alltag.
Ich habe mit 34 nochmal angefangen zu studieren (Pflege), weil mir mein gelernter Beruf auf die Nerven ging (Mode) und ich etwas menschlicheres machen möchte. Bin jetzt im 6. Semester und arbeite Meistens noch parallel. Jetzt steht mein bachekor an. Es wär super wichtig, dass wir da auf einander Rücksicht nehmen. Wegen der ganzen Arbeit hab ich auch wenig Roomie-Zeit. Aber eine reine Zweck WG muss es auch nicht sein. Ich freue mich über gemeinsame unternehmungen, oder einfach ein plausch in der Küche.

Mir wäre wichtig dass auch du berufstätig bist, so passt es gut vom Energieflow und ist ne gute Basis für nen respektvollen Umgang.
Absolute Voraussetzung für ein Zusammenleben ist Toleranz und Verständnis gegenüber unserer diversen Welt <3 Kein Platz für Vorurteile oder Racism hier!
Natürlich wäre auch toll wenn du mit auf Sauberkeit achtest. Bin offen für Putzpläne - gerne aber auch so nach Absprache.

Dein Zimmer zeigt zum Recht ruhigen Hof. Morgens scheint die Sonne rein! Es steht ein Sofa für dich bereit und ein kleiner Schreibtisch. Und Regale mit einer Kleiderstange für Klamotten. Eine Yogamatte lässt sich auch im Zimmer ausrollen, obwohl es nicht sehr groß ist.

Es gibt eine schöne Küche, Bad mit Wanne, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine. Du kannst auch auf eine Terrasse im Hof.

Ah und: In der Küche soll es keine toten Tiere geben, da ich vegan lebe. ✌🏼

I am Renting out a room in my apartment.
I'm an open-minded person with a lot of empathy. To be honest I often take time to be alone
To recharge my batteries from busy everyday life.
I started studying again at the age of 34 (nursing) because my profession got on my nerves (fashion) and I wanted to do something more social. I'm now in the 6th semester and have work in my old job at the same time to earn money. So- im super busy. also my final exam is near. That's why I don't have much roomie time. Love coffee and talks in the kitchen though :)

Of course, it would also be great if you pay attention to cleanliness. I'm open to cleaning plans - but also by arrangement.

Your rooms window goes to a mostly quiet courtyard. The sun shines in in the morning! There is a sofa ready for you and a small desk. And shelves with a clothes rail. A yoga mat can also be rolled out in the room, although it's not the biggest.

There is a nice kitchen, bathroom with tub, washing machine, dishwasher. You can also go to a terrace in the yard.

Ah and: There shouldn't be any dead animals in the kitchen because I'm vegan. ✌🏼
