Das Zimmer wird möbliert für 600 Euro (alles inklusive) vermietet. Vorhanden sind ein Schreibtisch, ein Schreibtischstuhl, ein Sofa, Gardinen, Kleidungsschrank, ein Nachttisch, zwei Bücherregale und ein großes Bett (180 cm x 2 m). An das Zimmer ist die ca 6-7 m2 große Terasse angrenzend.
Zu Fuß ist innerhalb von 6 Minuten die Straßenbahnhaltestelle Grünthaler Straße, innerhalb von 12 Minuten die Haltestelle S Bornholmer. Mit dem Fahrrad braucht man ca. 30-35 Minunten ins Stadtzentrum (z.b. Friedrichstraße).
Da ich mich für ein halbes Jahr ins Ausland zum Studium begebe, suchen wir eine Person, die ein halbes Jahr in meinem Zimmer wohnt. Wir - Katharina, Eva und Philine - wohnen seit gut einem halben Jahr zusammen. Ob beim Grillen, Wein oder Tee zum Plaudern oder um anfallende WG-Fragen, Bedürfnisse bzw. Aufgaben zu bequatschen - uns ist es wichtig, im Austausch zu sein. Und ab und zu haben wir eine Menge Spaß ;) Jede hat dabei den nötigen Rückzugsraum bzw. genug Zeit für sich.
Rassismus, Antisemitismus oder Xenophobie hat bei uns keinen Platz.
