Zwischenmiete in Kreuzberg, am liebsten auch ein Programmierer
Da meine Partnerin im Januar-März im Ausland sein wird, suche ich einen Mitbewohner, der für diese Zeit bei mir einzieht.
Ich bin 30 und habe nach einem Politikstudium einen Quereinstieg als Junior-Frontend-Entwickler in einem kleinen Unternehmen gemacht. Da dies während der Lockdowns passiert ist, habe ich neben meinen Kollegen leider nicht so viel Kontakt mit anderen Entwicklern gehabt. Ich würde diese 3 Monate gerne als Chance nutzen, um mit einem anderen Programmierer zusammen zu wohnen - ich würde mich nämlich total freuen mit jemandem über Coding, Startups, KI, etc. zu quatschen, aber auch mal gemütlich etwas zu kochen und PlayStation zu zocken 😁
Auf den Fotos ist aktuell unser Wohnzimmer und Gäste-/Arbeitszimmer zu sehen. Letzteres werden wir noch zu einem vollwertigen Zimmer mit Bett umräumen. Am Ende wird da ein höhenverstellbarer Tisch, ein Bett und ein Regal sein. Gleich neben dem Zimmer befindet sich ein begehbarer Kleiderschrank.
Die Wohnung hat 3 Zimmer und ist 85qm groß. Wir teilen uns ein sehr großes Wohnzimmer und eine gemütliche Küche sowie ein geräumiges Badezimmer.
Die Wohnung kostet 1500 € warm, da jedoch das zu vermietende Zimmer kleiner als mein Zimmer ist, würden wir nur 600€ verlangen.

Since my partner will be abroad in January-March, I am looking for a roommate to move in in our guest room for that time.
I am 30 and after studying politics I made a lateral move as a junior frontend developer in a small company. As this happened during lockdowns, I unfortunately didn't have that much contact with other developers besides my colleagues. I would love to use these 3 months as a chance to live with another programmer - because I would be totally happy to chat with someone about coding, startups, AI, etc., but also to cozy up and cook something and play PlayStation 😁
The photos currently show our living room and guest room, which we would still convert into a full room with bed. In the end there will be a height adjustable table, a bed and a shelf. Right next to the room is a walk-in closet.
The apartment has 3 rooms and is 85 qm. We share a very large living room and a cozy kitchen and a spacious bathroom.
The apartment costs 1500 € warm, but since the rented room is smaller than my room, we would ask only 600€.

The flat is located in the Wrangelkiez, one of the best locations in Berlin. From our door, all the usual Berlin hotspots can be reached within 5-30 min. Museums, parks or clubs, everything is pretty close by Berlin standards.
Within 1-5 min walking distance there are a variety of restaurants and (dance) bars. Also a Lidl, a Rewe and various public transport options (U1, U3, bus 165, and bus 265.).

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Wrangelkiez, einer der besten Lagen Berlins. Von unserer Tür sind alle für Berlin üblichen Hotspots innerhalb von 5-30 min zu erreichen. Museen, Parks oder Clubs, alles ist für Berliner Verhältnisse ziemlich in der Nähe.
