Zum Zimmer gibt's nicht allzu viel zu sagen: es ist von der Straße abgewandt (also Nacht schön ruhig) und groß genug um sich ein bisschen auszubreiten. Der Schreibtisch, die Kommode und das Palettenbett mit Matratze können gerne im Zimmer bleiben, bei Bedarf kann das alles natürlich auch raus.
There's not too much to say about the room: it faces away from the street (so it's nice and quiet at night) and is big enough to spread out a bit. The desk, the chest of drawers and the pallet bed with mattress can stay in the room. Of course, it can all be moved out if necessary.
Vor der Wohnung ist eine Bushaltestelle und zur U5 & Tram gehst du zu Fuß in etwa 5min. Und mit der U5 hat man ja mittlerweile eine super Anbindung. Supermärkte sind auch in 3-7min zu Fuß erreichbar, je nach dem welchen man bevorzugt. Und wenn nicht gerade Winter ist haben wir hier viel grün ringsum, wenn du also gerne joggen gehst, gibt es hier viel Auswahl.
There is a bus stop in front of the flat and the U5 and tram are about a 5-minute walk away. And with the U5 you now have a great connection. Supermarkets are also within 3-7 minutes walking distance, depending on which one you prefer. And when it's not winter, we have a lot of green around here, so if you like jogging, there's plenty of choice here.
Wir führen an sich ein total normale WG-Leben. Keine Strengen Regeln, aber auch keine Unachtsamkeit. Wer Dreck macht, macht ihn weg (wenn der Kater mal zu stark ist, kann es auch mal warten). Ein Filmabend oder dergleichen war nie ein Muss, aber wer Lust darauf hat: warum nicht.
Ansonsten sollte klar sein, dass Rassisten oder dergleichen hier unerwünscht sind.
We lead a totally normal flat-sharing life. No strict rules, but also no carelessness. If you make a mess, you clean it up (if the hangover is too strong, it can wait). A movie night or something like that was never a must, but if you feel like it: why not.
Otherwise, it should be clear that racists and the like are not welcome here.
Leider ist das alles etwas kurzfristig, da ich für etwa 6 Wochen nach Dortmund muss und meine Planung -wen wundert es- durch Corona ordentlich durcheinander kam.
Ich hoffe das ich dir mit dieser spontanen, und leider befristeten Wohnung trotzdem irgendwie helfen kann.
Unfortunately, this is all a bit short notice, as I have to go to Dortmund for about 6 weeks and my planning - no surprise there - got really messed up by Corona.
I hope that I can still help you somehow with this spontaneous and unfortunately temporary flat.
