Hi,
Ich vermiete mein Zimmer in einer 2er WG für einen Monat unter, da ich verreise.
In der Wohnung lebt noch ein weiterer Mitbewohner, der ist jedoch sehr beschäftigt mit seinem Job, sodass es eher eine zweckartige WG sein wird, es sei denn ihr habt beide Bock auf mehr Kontakt ;)
Sie hat ein großes Zimmer, Küche und Bad. Es sind ein paar Pflanzen in der Wohnung, die gerne mit 1x gegossen werden.
Mir ist es sehr wichtig, dass die Wohnung gut behandelt wird und nicht für Partys o.ä.
Meldet euch gerne per Mail und da die Zeit knapp ist, würde ich dich zurückrufen, wenn du mir kurz etwas zu dir schreibst und deine Handynummer aufnimmst.
Die Lage ist super, mittendrin, aber ruhig, da die Wohnung zum grünen Hof geht.
Nahe Warschauer Straße und Simon-Dach Kiez
Man ist überall in der Stadt sehr schnell, da die Anbingung gut ist.
Übergabe ist am Freitag bis 16 Uhr möglich.
