Das Zimmer ist hell, drei Fenster zum Innenhof. Das Bett wird von der Vormieterin hinterlassen für einen Abschlag von 100 €.
Die Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr gut — Tram, U-Bahn und S-Bahn in unmittelbar Nähe. Sämtliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Clubs und der Volkspark sind ebenfalls schnell zu erreichen. Die Gegend ist sehr unterhaltsam, es ist immer was los und junge Leute sind überall.
Ich (Finidi) bin der Hauptmieter und lebe jetzt seit Feb. 21‘ in der Wohnung. Ich hatte brereits 3 Mitbewohner/innen in der Zeit. Bringe also reichlich WG-Erfahrung mit. Was mir wichtig ist, ist das jeder seine Freiräume hat, aber man auch mal was zusammen unternehmen kann oder sich zwischen Tür und Angel unterhält. Ich werde viel unterwegs sein, weil ich 6 Tage die Woche arbeite und 5 Mal zum Training gehe (ich mache Wettkampf-Bodybuilding). Zuhause brauche ich meine Ruhe, manchmal werde auch viel in meinem Zimmer sein oder im Wohnzimmer. Depends on the mood :D
Wenn du auch sportbegeistert bist oder sogar ins Gym gehst, wäre das nicht schlecht ✌🏻
