Kleines feines Zimmer (14qm) in entspannter WG. Balkon vorhanden, welchen man sich mit dem Nachbar-Zimmer teilt.
Die jetzige Mitbewohnerin zieht kurzerhand ins Ausland, sodass wir erneut jmd (langfristigen) suchen.
Super Zentral, diverse Bahnverbindungen (u-Bahn; s-Bahn; Tram) fussläufig erreichbar.
Deine WG-Mitbewohner bin ich, Melina sowie Nadim. Wochenende kann gerne mal ruhig, aber ebenso mal im Club enden. Ein entspanntes, harmonisches Miteinander wäre nett, sprich keine Zweck-WG.
Es sollte dem zukünftigen Mitbewohner/in klar sein, dass wir gerne Besuch haben und ggf. am Wochenende 24/7 jmd da ist. Da wir kein Wohnzimmer haben und die Küche unser Gemeinschaftsraum ist, spielt sich eig alles hier ab. Am Wochenende ist dort dann unsere „chill-area“, wo wir zsm ein, zwei, drei Gläschen Wein trinken, Spiele spielen, quatschen oder auch mal kochen/ backen.
Dementsprechend ist die Wohnung auch nicht immer die sauberste!
