Das Zimmer ist ca. 25 qm hoch und hat mind. 3M hohe Decken und wunderschönen Stuck. Die Dielen sind abgezogen und tragen zum tollen Altbaufeeling bei. Ich bewohne die anderen beiden Zimmer.
Es ist möbliert mit allem was man so braucht. Den Balkon darfst du gerne nutzen, auch der ist schön groß und sogar windgeschützt :)
Die gesamte Wohnung ist renoviert, das Bad und die Küche sind neu gemacht. Wasch- und Spülmaschine sind vorhanden.

The room is about 25 qm big and has super high ceilings with Stucco. You can find a typical wooden floor, which still has the original pallets.The room is furnished with a bed, a shelf, a closet and a little desk (with a mirror). The room is directly conntected to the balcony which is free for your use, it's also protected from the wind :) I'm living in the other two rooms.
The whole apartment is renovated, bathroom and kitchen are also new. Dishwascher and washingmachine are also in the kitchen.
Die Wohnung liegt zwischen dem Bahnhof Gesundbrunnen (Fußweg ca. 10 Minuten) und der Bornholmer Straße (Fußweg ca. 8 Minuten). Am Gesundbrunnen gibt es eine direkte Verbindung zum Flughafen, Ringbahn, S- & U-Bahn. Zudem ist dort ein Einkaufszentrum, mit Supermärkten und Einzelhandel. Man ist zu Fuß in 15 Minuten am Mauerpark und in Mitte. Wedding ist auch direkt um die Ecke.
Zudem gibt es einige nette Cafés um die Ecke, Bars und jede Menge türkische Läden und Restaurants. Also alles was man so braucht :)

The flat is located between Gesundbrunnen station (walking distance approx. 10 minutes) and Bornholmer Straße (walking distance approx. 8 minutes). At Gesundbrunnen there is a direct connection to the airport, Ringbahn, S-Bahn & U-Bahn. There is also a shopping centre with supermarkets and retail shops. You can walk to Mauerpark and Mitte in 15 minutes. Wedding is also just around the corner.
There are also some nice cafés around the corner, bars and lots of Turkish shops and restaurants. So everything you need :)
Ich arbeite in der Personalabteilung, bin daher also meistens tagsüber unterwegs. Abends bin ich entweder beim Sport oder treffe Freunde, ich freue mich aber immer über spontane Zusammentreffen auf dem Flur oder der Küche :)

I work in HR, so I'm usually out and about during the day. In the evenings, I'm either at sports or meeting friends, but I'm always happy about spontaneous get-togethers in the hallway or the kitchen :)
