Ich hin einen Monat nicht in Berlin und biete daher mein Zimmer zur Untermiete an. Es geht auch weniger als 4 Wochen, dann passe ich die Miete dementsprechend an.
Die beiden nächsten Station sind U Kaiserdamm und S Messe/ICC, wo die Ringbahn fährt. Es gibt also eine ziemlich gute Anbindung. Charlottenburg hat eine eine sehr schöne Architektur und viele tolle Cafes und Restaurants, dh hier kann man wirklich eine schöne Zeit haben! :)
Ich habe drei super sweete Mitbewohnies, die alle viel unterwegs sind, aber wenn sie da sind, empfangen sie, wen auch immer, mit offenen Armen :)
I am not in Berlin for a month, therefore offer my room for sublet. Less than 4 weeks is an option for me too, then I adjust the rent accordingly.
U Kaiserdamm and S Messe/ICC are the two nearest stations, so there is a pretty good connection. Charlottenburg has a very nice architecture and many great cafes and restaurants, so i whould say you can really have a nice time here! :)
I have three super sweet roommates who are all quit busy, but when they are at home, they welcome whoever with open arms :)
