You rent 2 stylish rooms and a private bathroom in schoeneberg, west berlin. Our offer perfectly suits for a couple looking for space and privacy, a little family profiting from our children equipment, 2 or more friends who visit the city from this central spot or 1 person who works from a spacious home. The bigger room has a second level on it, with a 180cm mattress, and a 90cm mattress downstairs. The second room has a 140cm bed and a desk to work on. You have enough space to do yoga or whatever you like. We have some baby equipment you can use.
Located next to gleisdreieck park and yorckstrasse you are just some steps away from kreuzberg and mitte. The flat is in the second floor of a "sanierter Altbau". Nearest stations are U7 Yorckstraße or Kleistpark; U2 Bülowstraße; S1 Yorckstraße; S2/S25 Yorckstraße. It is a very central location and you are quickly in other parts of the city.
Living room, kitchen and second bathroom are shared with our 2 gorgeous flatmates. Normally we live here as 4 adults and 1 baby. Now two adults and their baby are leaving for nearly a month and renting our rooms. The other two stay. They are amazing to live with and as the space is really big, everyone has their parts in the flat for privacy.
