Ich ziehe ganz aus und das Zimmer ist vorab als Zwischenmiete ab 1.2.23 - 1.4.23 zu vergeben.
Die Lage ist ruhig und super grün. In welche Richtung man geht, gibt es einen Park, wie den wunderschönen Volkspark Friedrichshain oder Volkspark Prenzlauer Berg. Die Anbindungen sind super hier Tram M10 in 2 min erreichbar (in 10 min an der Warschauer Straße) und S Bahnhof Greifswalder Straße in 10 min zu Fuß erreichbar, wo unter anderem die Ringbahn fährt.
Supermarkt ist auch nur 3 min entfernt.
Das leere Zimmer (siehe Bild) wird dein Zimmer sein. Das Zimmer mit Möbeln sind meine jetzigen Sachen, wo ich dir vorrübergehend was da lassen könnte.
Ich ziehe aus, deswegen nehme ich alles mit. Saubere Matratze und Regale haben wir sowieso da (vlt reicht das für den Anfang) Das können wir alles besprechen. Oder du entscheidest dich für eigene Möbel, wo auf eBay eine Schlafcouch und Tisch schon ab 5€ erhältlich ist). Deine Mitbewohnerin (29) ist super gechillt macht Fotografie und Musik auflegen.

I am moving out completely and dont come back. and the 15m2 room is availabe from 1.2.23 for two months.
The area is nice and calm surrounded by green. No matter what direction you go, you find a park, like the beautiful Volkspark Friedrichshain or Volkspark Prenzlauer Berg. The connections are nice, too. In 3 min by walk you reach the Tram 10 (and arrive in 10 min at Warschauer Straße) or S station Greifswalder Straße by 10 min walk (where the Ringbahn is driving). Supermarkets you find easily by 3 min walk.
The empty room (look picture) is going to be your room. The room with furniture on the picture is currently my stuff, which I could leave you some things short term.
I am gonna move out and take everything with me. For you I can leave some stuff… we can talk about all this. Clean Matress and shelf we have got anyways, maybe thats enough for you. Or you go for your own furniture ( a sleepingcouch and table on eBay you get already from 5€). Your flat mate is super chilled, loves and does photography and makes music.
