I am going abroad from 27.3-16.4 so my room will be available during that period.

The room is 21 sqm and looks out onto the courtyard and is therefore really quiet. The room is a typical Berliner room with one (huge) window but nevertheless it is quite right. Its furnished (bed, desk, closet, closing rail, Smart TV).
Our 'Altbau' apartment is on the 3rd floor and has parquet floors throughout. There is a large bathroom with shower and bathtub, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a small guest room and a balcony in Johanna's room. There is also a telephone landline and Wi-Fi.
Despite the apartment being near Simon-Dach Straße, our street is fairly quiet. The Warschauer Straße S, U-Bahn and Tram (M10,M13) stations, many nice bars and cafes, and the RAW area are all just minutes away.
My flatmates are:
Johanna, a high-school teacher of English, French & Art, currently a photography student, Kourosh, a Performer and Theatre maker, Ivan a Graphic Designer. We tend to speak German or English in the Wg.
We all get along together but we have our own lives as well. Occasionally we sit together in the kitchen, go out or watch a film. We are all non-smokers and would prefer if you are a non-smoker too.
