24 metre square room with double bed. Great wardrobe space available as well. Extra privacy through padded door and automatic lights.
Outside the room is a good space available for working with dedicated table and chair.
Smoking is not allowed inside the room but outside, in the balcony it is allowed. We observe quiet hours after 10pm till 6am.
For the kitchen you will have a washing machine, a dishwasher and oven.
There is ample amount of heating provided throughout the apartment as well.
The floors except for the kitchen are carpeted and provision for use of vacuum cleaner is also provided.
This apartment is located in one of the more peaceful districts of Berlin. The nearest bus stop please 400 m from the apartment and the nearest train stop (U6 Rehberge) please 500 metres from the house.
You will also have Edeka super market within four minutes of walking. You also have a private parking for your car. with no added extra cost.
The apartment is mostly occupied by elderly people who like to live in peace. Hence you will not be able to find music being played loudly after 10pm. And as it will almost be summer by the end of the rental period, yoy will also have a great view out of the balcony
You will have a friendly couple as your roomates. They like to keep their surroundings very clean and tidy. They cook great south indian dishes and alongside love to visit in and around Berlin for cultural exchanges.
They will be occupying the other room while you will have your private space.
This space is only available for one person as including more people will become an issue when it comes to the usage of restroom and kitchen.
If you have pets, accomodating them in the small space will be a difficulty.
Anmeldung is not possible for the time and the monthly rent will be split according to the number of days you will be staying at this place.
