Hi dears,
I’m renting my room in an international & entrepreneurial WG with 2 flatmates 🌍 in Plänterwald. The flat includes a shared space with an open kitchen, living room and very nice balcony + 2 toilets.
The apartment faces the sun, so you will enjoy Summer sunsets during your stay. 🙏🏼☀️🌇
Price: €650 per month (€1300 whole period)
Priod: June & July
*Possibility of long-term would require an investment and good relationship with flatmates.
The location is 6 min walk to Plänterwald S Bahn 🚃. You can get to Warschauer Str. S Bahn in 10 min and to Alexanderplatz in 20 min (S8-S9 every 10 minutes).
You'll be in Kreuzberg-Friedrichshain-Neukölln in 15-20 min by bike and you are 8 mins by bike from Treptowerk Park.
Our WG is integrated by Peter from West Germany, Teague from USA and Mauro from Colombia. Our motto is "shared dreams become reality" and we do this by having our weekly rituals on Wednesdays and by constantly supporting each other on our entrepreneurials projects. We also keep a schdeule with cleaning duties and shared responsibilities to keep the house in the best conditions.
We are looking forward to meet people with open mind from around the world!
You can contact me over whatsapp to have a call and get to know each other first. Later, we could also schedule a visit so you can see the place and meet the amazing flatmates. The decision of the person who stays will relly on the flatmates and me.
*There is the possibility of turn this into a long-term sublet, including Anmeldung but it will require a bigger deposit and to pay for a 3rd part of the common furniture.
