Die 3 Zimmer-Wohnung (70m²) liegt im 1. Stock in einem Mehrfamilienhaus. Das Zimmer ist möbiliert mit Schränken (viel Stauraum) und einem bequemen Schlafsofa. Küche, Bad und Wohnzimmer mit großem TV und Sofa zur gemeinsamen Nutzung. Internet und Telefonanschluss ist vorhanden!
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral nahe Inselspital (5 Gehminuten). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, wie Denner, Migros, Bäcker usw. in nächster Nähe! Die Strassenbahn ca. 100 Meter! Der Hauptbahnhof ist zu Fuß ca. 10 Minuten entfernt, aber gut an öffentliches Verkehrsnetz angeschlossen!
Ich bin 22 Jahre alt und arbeite im Inselspital als Pflegefachfrau! Ich suche eine etwa gleichaltrige Mitbewohnerin oder Mitbewohner.
Das Zimmer ist nur 2 Monate zu vermieten, da ab 1.5 Sanierungsarbeiten beginnen und ich dann für etwa 4 Wochen aus der Wohnung muss.
