The room has a rectangular shape. Like all the rooms, it is accessible via the corridor and has a large window to the garden through which the sun shines.
The common living room offers a cozy couch, projector, Playstation 4 and surround sound system.
For those who prefer it less technically, numerous board and card games are waiting to cheer life up.
The Schönegg district is as beautiful as the name implies.
In walking distance from the apartment you reach in approx.

- 5 minutes supermarket, pizzeria and post office
- 4 minutes laundry and collection point
- 3 minutes the tram station (in 7 more at the main station)

Distribution of chores is agreed in advance and the completion is tracked by app.
The kitchen is well equipped and the refrigerator can be divided if required. Though, I see no reason to unnecessarily overcomplicate things when it's just two people staying together.
I consider myself largely uncomplicated. On the one hand I leave everyone the desired level of privacy, on the other hand, I am always open for inspired exchange.
