Ich ziehe ab dem 1. September aus, daher sucht mein Mitbewohner einen Nachmieter.
Das Zimmer ist gross und hell, parkett, 21 m². Die 3-Zimmer-Wohnung hat zwei Balkone, Wohnzimmer ist eingerichtet, zwei Sofas, grosser Esstisch, usw, parkett. Telefonanschluss und Internet vorhanden.
Ausserdem gibt es einen Waschraum, Kellerraum und Estrich.
Die Wohnung liegt nahe Loryplatz, ca alle 10min ein Bus, ca 5min bis zum Bahnhof. Supermarkt und Pizzeria ca 50m entfernt.
Mein Mitbewohner ist offen und unkompliziert.
Die Kosten belaufen sich, warm, auf 800 Fr.
