Es handelt sich um eine 17m² Zimmer mit Balkon, in einer 3-Zimmer-Wohnung. In dem anderen großen Zimmer bleibt Becci wohnen. Das kleine Zimmer wird als Wohnzimmer genutzt.
Da ich aus beruflichen Gründen die zweier WG leider verlassen muss, suchen wir für meine Mitbewohnerin einen netten Ersatz. Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert übergeben, wobei das Bett auch gern für 30€ übernommen werden kann.
Die WG befindet sich im Zentrum der Talstadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie z.B. Lidl oder Penny sind schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ebenso befinden sich eine Sparkasse und ein Volksbankautomat in der Nähe.
Für entspannte Spaziergänge oder Radtouren, ist der Fuß- und Radweg entlang der Saale sehr gut geeignet.
Mit dem Auto fährt man in 10 min zum Campus und mit dem Fahrrad ca 20 min.
