Leider ziehe ich auf Grund meines anstehenden Praktikums aus meinem schönen, hellen und geräumiges 16m² Zimmer aus.
Das sanierte Haus besteht aus 4 Mietparteien , wovon 3 Wohnungen von Studenten bewohnt werden- was automatisch eine entspanntere Atmosphäre bedeutet.
Durch die DSL- Flatrate, kannst du überfüllte Computerpools vergessen und eine optimale Parkmöglichkeit liegt direkt vor der Haustür.
Du läufst nichtmal 5 Min zur Mensa und in 10 Min bist du im Rhömerhaus- also kein lästiges pendeln mehr.
Meine 2 Mitbewohner sind nett und umgänglich- ob du männlich oder weiblich bist, ist völlig egal.
Bei den 186 Euro sind sowohl Flatrate-Anschluss als auch alle Nebenkosten inklusive.
