Wir (eine Ökotrophologie- und eine Human Resource- Studentin) suchen jemanden für das 17,6 m² große Zimmer unserer WG. Es besitzt einen Balkon mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht über Kleingärten und Felder. Die WG liegt im 2. OG, das Zimmer bietet Blick zur Südseite, sodass es morgens und mittags hell und auch abends nicht allzu dunkel ist. Die monatliche Miete beträgt 184,30€ inclusive Internet/Telefon, Strom, Gas und Kabel. Hier wird mit Gas gekocht und Warmwasser kommt von der Gastherme.
Das Haus liegt am Rande des Campus. Da der Campus jedoch sehr klein ist, kommt man schnell überall hin. Die Bushaltestelle ist nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt und auch Studenteneinrichtungen wie das UBoot, den Krug oder die Mensa erreicht man innerhalb von maximal 10 Minuten. Sogar ein Copy-Shop ist hier in der Nähe. Alles in allem ist es eine ruhige Wohnlage und lädt zu spontanen Spaziergängen über den Campus ein.
