Hallo Leute,
in unserer 3er WG werden ab 01. September wahrscheinlich zwei Zimmer frei.
Unsere WG befindet sich direkt am alten Markt (Nähe Nienburger Tor), ideal für Studenten aus dem Fachbereich 2 (z.B. Immobilienwirtschaft etc.).
Die Kosten setzen sich aus 110€ Kaltmiete, 40€ Betriebskostenvorauszahlung und 36€ Strom, Internet, Kabel zusammen. Die Waschmaschinenbenutzung würde, wenn ihr sie in Anspruch nehmen solltet, 10€ pro Monat kosten.
Euer Vorlesungssaal im Rathaus wäre dann gerade mal eine Minute von zu Hause entfernt:)
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß schnell erreichbar (Penny, Lidl,Getränkemarkt).
Zum Campus sind es mit dem Rad 15 min. Bushaltestelle ist auch nur 3 min. von uns entfernt.
Parkmöglichkeiten sind direkt im Hof oder in einer Minute Fußweg zu erlaufen.
